Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from KNGDM INFLNCRS. Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis and should be submitted within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy.

If the request is approved and the item we receive is damaged/used we will not be able to process your exchange/return as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange/return.

Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged: All Final Sale items, Danza collection, hair accessories, keychains, and all custom orders.

DEFECTS

We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our process. If you feel you have received a defective item, please contact us at kngdminflncrs@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

 

KNGDM INFLNCRS are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by shipping Couriers 
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery
